Maternity Care: Dr Honnor runs an antenatal clinic every Wednesday afternoon However it is possible to see your own GP for antenatal care (please let the receptionist know you are attending for an antenatal appointment). Post natal checks (six weeks after birth) are also offered by all GPs The midwife from Ashford & St Peter’s Hospital runs a clinic every Monday afternoon at York House and Thursday afternoon at Goldsworth Park.
Immunisation clinic: All babies are invited for their initial first primary immunisations which are arranged after or on the same day as their developmental appointment check (see tab above 'Childhood Immunisations').
Child Health Surveillance: Dr Clayton and Dr Gaur run a developmental-check clinic for babies aged 8 weeks (Monday 2-3pm)
Asthma / COPD clinic: Our specially trained nurses run these clinics to help monitor your treatment and progress.
Diabetic clinics: Our specially trained nurses run these clinics to help monitor your treatment and progress.
Joint injections: This service is being amended. Please ring the surgery for details.
Family planning: A comprehensive service is available during routine surgeries. Pill checks can be done by our nurses. Dr Khatoon is trained with regards to fitting coils and implants.
Travel clinic: Our practice nurses can provide up-to-date travel health advice. All travel vaccinations are also available. (see tab above 'Travel Vaccinations').
Well-Women checks/Weight loss clinics/Routine health checks: Run by the practice nurses and by appointment.
